PRAMAC is seeking a Supply Planning Manager to lead the planning function at Casole d’Elsa. You will steer short- and mid-term supply plans, manage a diverse supplier base, and drive improvements in inventory and cost control.

The role requires strong analytics, ERP/BI proficiency, and a track record of leadership in a global manufacturing setting. This is a site-based position at our main manufacturing site in Casole d’Elsa.

Competenze

• Minimum of 10 years in supply chain planning across global manufacturing.
• At least 5 years in team coordination/people management.
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus.

Mansioni

• Build short- and medium-term supply plans (up to 8 weeks to 2–8 months) for Power and BESS products.
• Manage an international supplier portfolio and optimize performance.
• Lead and develop a 4-person Material Planning Team.
• Translate demand into actionable purchase plans and issue PO orders.
• Own material targets, inventories, and data accuracy at Casole site.
• Collaborate closely with Operations Planning and Production.
