The ideal candidate will develop and maintain a culture of continuous improvement while overseeing process optimization, technology transfer, and production excellence.

Competenze

• Degree in Industrial or Management Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Fluent in English.
• Willing to travel if required.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.
