Pramac Swiss SA is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to enhance the industrial performance at our headquarters in Casole d'Elsa, Siena. The ideal candidate will develop and maintain a culture of continuous improvement while overseeing process optimization, technology transfer, and production excellence.

Formación

• Degree in Industrial or Management Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Fluent in English.
• Willing to travel if required.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.

Responsabilidades

• Support process improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to plant transformation and technology transfer.
• Ensure synchronization of product, material, and information flows.
• Promote continuous improvement of production methods.
• Facilitate change management and measure Key Performance Indicators.

Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Lean Manufacturing principles

CAD software
