Commscope Trieste seeks a Procurement Specialist to lead strategic sourcing for polymers, plastics and mechanical components, driving cost reductions and supply chain efficiency across the manufacturing network. You will collaborate with engineering, production and legal to optimize supplier contracts, manage the full contract lifecycle, monitor KPIs, and align procurement with schedules and cost goals.

SAP/ERP and advanced Excel are essential; Power BI is a plus.

Competenze

Experience leading strategic sourcing for polymers, plastics, and mechanical components.
Strong negotiation skills and supplier management experience in manufacturing.
Familiarity with SAP/ERP, advanced Excel and Power BI is a plus.

Mansioni

Develop and execute sourcing strategies to reduce costs and improve TCO across polymers, molded plastics, and mechanical components.
Collaborate with engineering, production and legal to optimize supplier contracts and manage the full lifecycle.
Monitor supplier performance using KPIs on quality, delivery, and cost; drive improvements.
Lead renegotiations and identify new suppliers; manage risk and ensure compliant procurement processes.
Implement e-sourcing tools and data analysis to optimize procurement workflows.
