IQVIA in Milan, Italy is seeking a Site Enrollment and Engagement Lead to collaborate with research staff and stakeholders to drive trial recruitment and support training needs. You will serve as a strategic partner to optimize site experience and performance, leading relationship management and communication of medical and scientific information with healthcare providers and caregivers.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or related field; equivalent qualifications.
Clinical research experience at the site level required.
Nurse or healthcare professional preferred.
CRA experience preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong written and verbal English.
Ability to execute tasks with minimal oversight.
Ability to coordinate activities across multiple functions.
Solutions-based approach to problem-solving.
Collaborative mindset and team player.
