Kyowa Kirin International plc. in Milan, Italy, seeks a Scientific Relations Manager to join our Medical Affairs team. In a non-promotional field role, you will build trusted partnerships with key external experts, provide high‑quality scientific information, and shape medical strategy through insights.

With 50% time in back office, you will design and execute medical plans and tactics, collaborate with HEOR, Commercial and Market Access, and advance patient care in your therapy area.

Competenze

• Relevant medical/pharmacy/nursing/bioscience degree with 2+ years field experience.
• Experience in MSL or medical advisor roles preferred in pharma.
• Fluent in local language and English; capable of cross‑functional collaboration.
• Willingness to travel in territory and hold a valid driving license.

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain strong scientific relationships with KEEs, researchers and clinicians.
• Provide accurate, balanced, evidence‑based scientific support to healthcare professionals.
• Split 50% time in back office to design and execute medical plans and tactics.
• Share field insights to inform medical and business strategies.
• Represent Kyowa Kirin at national and international meetings and congresses.
• Deliver scientific training to internal teams and develop medical materials.
