Procter & Gamble in Rome invites Master students or recent graduates to join a 6-month Sales Internship starting September 2026. You will receive world-class training and mentorship while contributing to leading brands like Dash, Gillette, Pantene and Oral‑B and gaining leadership experience in a global company.

You will build relationships with customers, help shape go‑to‑market strategies, design business plans to drive sales and collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Manufacturing, Suppliers,

Competenze

• Are Master students or recent Master graduates with strong academic results.
• Have creativity, innovation, initiative and follow-through with goals, along with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Have excellent project management skills, are able to see planned ideas through to the implementation stage.
• Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Are fluent in Italian and have an excellent ability to communicate in English.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Are available for a 6 months internship.

As a P&G Sales intern, you will get the opportunity to:
