Job summary

STMicroelectronics Italia is seeking a skilled Supply Chain professional to join our Italy-based Supply Chain Organization. You will drive cross-functional collaboration across Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Product Groups in S&OP and long-term planning, with direct impact on capacity and supply decisions and work on medium- and long-term planning topics.

The recruitment is open for Agrate, Castelletto and Rousset sites.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Management or Engineering.
• Experience (or strong internship exposure) in S&OP and Capacity Planning – 2+ years.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI with planning tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration; able to align across functions.

Responsibilities

• Balance demand, supply and inventory to support company objectives.
• Build and maintain a shared S&OP plan as the baseline for execution.
• Design and model end-to-end supply chains with Product Groups and Manufacturing.
• Develop S&OP scenarios and drive improvement actions.
• Define inventory strategies with execution teams and ensure alignment with service levels.
