Officina Profumo-Farmaceutica di Santa Maria Novella is seeking a Production Planner to align medium and long-term production plans with capacity and resources at our Florence HQ. You will collaborate with Production and Procurement to promote efficient and sustainable planning processes.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, economics or related field and 3–4 years of production planning experience. The base salary ranges from 30,000€ to 40,000€ per year, depending on experience.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, economics or related field.
• At least 3/4 years of experience in production planning, supply chain management.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Contribute to medium and long-term production planning based on sales forecasts, production capacity, and resource availability
• Manage and analyze production capacity, supporting workload balancing and optimal use of resources
• Manage inventory levels, ensuring the right balance between product availability, service level, and stock rotation
• Contribute to the development of aggregate production plans and material requirements
• Monitor plan execution and analyze deviations related to volumes, capacity, lead times, and inventory levels
• Prepare reports and KPIs related to production planning, capacity utilization and inventory performance
