This role will significantly contribute to developing pricing strategies, reporting, and execution across the EMEA region within their Rhythm Management division. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical capabilities and a solid understanding of pricing dynamics within the healthcare sector, alongside a degree in business or related fields.

Strategic Pricing Analyst Rhythm Management EMEA - Milan

This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to pricing strategy, reporting, and execution across the EMEA region within the Rhythm Management division, focusing on Cardiac Rhythm Management and Electrophysiology portfolios.

Location : Preferably Madrid (Spain) or Milan (Italy), with possible options in Paris (France), UK, or Dusseldorf (Germany) under a hybrid working arrangement .

Salary : Approximately €50,000 to €62,000 for Italy and Spain, excluding other benefits.

Ideal Candidate : Has in-depth understanding of healthcare / MedTech pricing, strategic capabilities, and knowledge of market access & health economics, based in Madrid or Milan.

Responsibilities include :

  • Analyzing pricing data to develop strategic and tactical recommendations.
  • Building value-based pricing strategies adapted to local market dynamics.
  • Partnering with sales and marketing to define customer price guidance.
  • Managing divisional pricing reporting and performance tracking.
  • Supporting pricing execution and providing insights during monthly price reviews.
  • Collaborating with the COE to improve pricing tools and processes across the region.

What You Bring :

  • 3+ years of experience in pricing, commercial excellence, or sales operations, preferably in MedTech or healthcare.
  • Degree in business, economics, engineering, or related field.
  • Strong foundation in pricing strategy, analytics, and reporting.
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Ability to communicate complex data clearly and influence stakeholders.
  • Experience with Tableau or similar tools is advantageous.
