Moleskine is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Marketing and Communication Specialist to drive marketing initiatives and analytics for Global SP projects. The role includes creating sales support tools, coordinating with sales teams, and improving CRM systems. We are looking for a Strategic Partnerships Marketing and Communication Specialist to join Moleskine, located at the Moleskine HQ in Milan, Italy. Scope of the role
As a SP Marketing and Communication Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the development and implementation of communication and marketing activities for global Strategic Partnerships (SP) projects.
You will coordinate closely with local sales teams and HQ functions such as CCO, Brand Department, Innovation team, Planning and others, to ensure alignment and effectiveness of all initiatives.
In this role you will also develop high-quality sales support materials, perform analytical reporting and oversee CRM data quality and improvements.
Main activities :
This role requires a balance of creativity and analytical skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, international environment. The Marketing and Communication Specialist will ensure that all materials and activities effectively support the Strategic Partnerships global goals.
Marketing and Communication – 60%
Support the development and implementation of communication and marketing activities for global SP projects, managing selected initiatives end-to-end — from concept to go-to-market — in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners. Define launch strategies, communication plans, and both local and global supporting actions together with the client, who is always an external third party.
Coordinate effectively with local sales teams and HQ functions (CCO, Brand, Planning, etc.) to ensure project delivery is fully aligned with the overall strategic direction.
Create and manage all sales support tools and content, including catalogues, image briefs for e-commerce, moodboards, case studies, best practice presentations, price lists and other collateral.
Analysis & Reporting – 30%
Analyze SP team performance, to fine tune marketing activities based on channel strategy and suggest corrective actions : pipeline tracking, monthly dashboards per country, quarterly business reviews, and project performance through BI tools.
CRM Support – 10%
Oversee CRM data cleansing and enrichment activities.
Study and propose new CRM improvements and functionalities.
Support the sales team in troubleshooting CRM-related issues in coordination with the IT team.
Requirements :
Strong analytical and creative skills.
Problem solving approach.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to interact with diverse profiles, especially international sales teams.
Flexibility and adaptability to manage multiple simultaneous projects, tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
Strong willingness to learn and an open-minded attitude.
Proficiency with Office tools, especially creating high-quality presentations in PowerPoint.
English Advanced level.
Nice to have :
Experience in organized company and Sales background are a plus.
Other languages are a plus.
