Job Opportunity: Strategic Partnership and Business Development Specialist – B2B (Middle Level)
Allcore SpA, a listed company on the Milan Stock Exchange and part of the IREC group, specializes in business, fiscal, and financial consulting. We are seeking a Strategic Partnership and Business Development Specialist at a middle level to join our team.
The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of direct experience in managing strategic partnerships, with a proven track record of generating tangible value through qualified leads, revenue growth, and new business opportunities.
Main Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate potential strategic partners aligned with company objectives.
- Manage the entire lifecycle of partnerships: negotiation, signing, onboarding, and collaboration development.
- Design and implement activation and co-marketing strategies to contribute to the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to integrate partnerships into demand generation, lead management, and brand positioning.
- Set and monitor performance KPIs (leads generated, revenue, CLV, retention), continuously optimizing agreements.
- Automate key processes to scale the partnership ecosystem.
- Maintain long-term relationships with partners through active and structured management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices.
Candidate Profile
Essential:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development or Partnership Management with proven results.
- Proficiency with outreach and lead generation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, Hunter, MeetAlfred, Expandi).
- Excellent skills in multi-channel contact sequences with high response rates.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce, analytics platforms (Looker Studio, Qlik), and partner management tools (PartnerStack, Impact.com).
- Excellent negotiation and deal structuring skills.
- Understanding of full-funnel metrics (CAC, LTV, retention, CLV, conversion rate) and goal-oriented work ethic.
- Results-driven, flexible, problem-solving attitude, capable of working in dynamic environments.
Soft Skills & Extras:

- Mother tongue Italian; English knowledge is a plus.
- Degree or diploma in a relevant field.
