As Strategic Partner Manager, you will lead strategic partnerships with Media Company partners. You will inspire and educate content partners, to ensure YouTube’s product features and tools help to meet their business objectives. Responsibilities

  • Lead relationships across the creator ecosystem, define strategies and priorities, and collaborate closely with global / regional teams. Advocate for creators, proactively identify and manage local challenges, actively communicate opportunities and risks, and partner with global and cross-functional teams to influence business and product strategy.
  • Navigate complexity and ambiguity, partnerwith key stakeholders and cross-functional partners to drive alignment, clarity and execution. Support structuring of incentive and acquisition programs, review legal agreements, and support the team through execution.
  • Drive activation of new product features, track business metrics and insights, and promote a culture of constructive feedback for team success.
