We are seeking an individual who possesses a keen sensibility and passion for cosmetic products and industry trends. Working within an international context, a willingness to undertake frequent travel to key market areas and fluency in English are essential requirements for this role.

STRATEGIC MARKETING PROJECT MANAGER - USA

Within the Strategic Marketing division, with a particular focus on the USA market, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following activities:

  • Promoting innovation and strategically significant products to a select group of brands within the target area, developing an in-depth understanding of the client, product line, positioning, and performance;
  • Developing promotional strategies and promotional calendars for assigned clients;
  • Monitoring and updating clients portfolio diagnostics and shares of wallets;
  • Observing and analyzing all new product launches by brands, identifying competitors and portfolio gaps;
  • Analyzing market trends both globally and locally (beauty, fashion, design, art, social media, etc.);
  • Organizing and managing institutional events and client visits aimed at promoting products, including related relationship-building activities;
  • Contributing to the development of Product Plans, with a focus on defining the marketing positioning and specific needs of the target market;
  • Generating innovative product ideas through dedicated brainstorming sessions;
  • Collaborating on exploring growth opportunities within the target market;
  • Analyzing, monitoring, and disseminating market data;

KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Masters Microsoft Office Package (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), understands the basics of Adobe Package, SAP ERP and PowerBI;
  • Team-oriented individual with the ability to navigate complex organizational structures;
  • Possesses strong analytical skills and is results-driven, adept at handling pressure, meeting deadlines, and prioritizing tasks effectively;
  • Creative thinker with a passionate interest in the cosmetic industry, particularly the color cosmetics segment;
  • Demonstrates transparency, integrity, and a strong desire for continuous learning.
  • Exhibits excellent public speaking skills and the ability to effectively present products and sell concepts, both domestically and internationally.
