WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION, CAN BE BASED IN DIFFERENT COUNTRIES

• Be our Test and Measurement market expert with an advanced understanding of how solutions come to market addressing the challenges faced by customers.
• Be close to technology trends, understand the market and competitive movements in the test and measurement landscape.
• Identify gaps (products, services, footprint, route to market, etc.), define the winning strategy to close identified gaps and capitalize on those opportunities.
• Collaborate with the product team to conduct thorough market research, comprehend customer needs, and identify target segments.
• Create impactful, targeted, and effective marketing campaigns to increase awareness and drive demand for our solutions.
• Clearly communicate our value proposition and how our solutions differ from others in the market.
• Collaborate with Marketing Communications for successful execution of the content strategy.

YOU HAVE:

• Academic background in business administration, marketing or Industrial engineering and management
• Previous experience in Marketing Manager, Product Marketing or Product Management
• Skills
  • Strong strategic and entrepreneurial mindset and ability to align marketing strategies in accordance with customer needs.
  • Prior knowledge or experience in the Test and Measurement or Industrial Automation sector highly preferred.
  • Proficient in indirectly leading cross-functional and multi-regional teams, fostering collaboration.
• You are fluent in English and German, additional languages are a plus
• Ability to travel up to 25%, domestic and international
