Medtronic is seeking a Principal Market Development and Strategic Marketing Specialist to drive pacing therapies adoption across Western Europe. The role partners with marketing, sales, clinical and medical affairs to enable launches and address barriers through a clear strategy.

You will develop customer-focused value narratives, translate clinical evidence into practical tools, and lead cross-functional initiatives to support regional growth. Travel will be required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 7–10+ years in strategic marketing or market development in healthcare/medical devices.
• Proven experience launching products or driving therapy adoption and translating clinical/technical information into customer value.
• Strong cross-functional leadership in a matrix organization with excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
