Job summary

LEO Pharma seeks a Legal & Compliance Business Partner for its Italian affiliate, guiding responsible growth in a global pharmaceutical setting. You will provide pragmatic legal advice, support compliance programs, and advise on privacy, competition law and disputes, partnering with local leadership and Global Legal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law; Master’s degree in Law preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience from private law firm or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong legal skills with commercial understanding in pharma.

Responsibilities

• Provide qualified, pragmatic legal advice for the Italian market.
• Support implementation of global policies and compliance projects.
• Advise on anti-bribery, data privacy, competition law and disputes.
• Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Monitor local compliance regulations and assess business impact.
• Support internal investigations in the market as needed.
• Collaborate with Local affiliate leadership and Global Legal, IPR & Compliance teams.
