Job summary

You will support PMO and strategic planning, assist with strategic communications, and help organise team operations in a highly international setting. Ideal candidates are master's degree students or recent graduates in business, economics, or engineering, fluent in English, with strong PowerPoint, Excel and Teams skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Economics, Management, Engineering, Communications, or a related field.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support PMO & Strategic Planning across the organization.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, milestones and action trackers.
• Prepare progress updates for leadership reviews.
• Support strategic communications and stakeholder inputs.
• Organize strategic documentation and workshop logistics.
