Job summary

Chiesi Group is offering a 6 months internship in the Corporate Strategy area, Parma. You will support PMO, strategic planning, and communications, gaining exposure to enterprise-wide initiatives.

Fluent English is required, with strong MS PowerPoint, Excel and Teams skills. The role includes relocation-friendly benefits, meal vouchers, shuttle, and access to the company canteen, designed to foster growth in a collaborative, international environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree student or recent graduate in a related field.

You will be involved in following activities

PMO & Strategic Planning Support

• Support the planning, coordination, and monitoring of strategic initiatives across the organization.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, milestones and action trackers.
• Prepare progress updates and reporting materials for leadership reviews.

Strategic Communication

• Support the preparation of communication materials related to strategic initiatives and Group Strategy & Insight department.
• Help translate complex information into clear, impactful, and engaging messages.
• Coordinate the collection and consolidation of inputs from multiple stakeholders.

Team Operations

• Organize strategic documentation, meeting outputs and project repositories.
• Support workshop and trainings preparation and post-meeting follow-up activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of team processes and collaboration tools.

You will need to have

• Familiarity with project management methodologies and collaboration tools is a plus.
• Strategic mindset, with the ability to connect diverse information, identify patterns, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Curious and creative thinker, comfortable challenging assumptions and exploring innovative approaches to complex business questions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
