Job summary

Qualifications

• Indirect procurement experience, preferably within structured industrial environments.
• Solid understanding of purchasing contracts and financial principles.
• Good knowledge of procurement tools and processes (ERP, e-procurement systems).
• Familiarity with regulations and best practices related to service and facility contracts.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing organization and contribute to the evolution of the procurement function.
• Flexibility and adaptability to manage evolving needs and priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Purchase indirect goods and services in line with needs and budgets.
• Identify new providers and develop strategic partnerships.
• Monitor supplier market for trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Evaluate supplier performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Draft, negotiate, and manage contracts ensuring compliance.
• Support sourcing strategies for new business needs.
• Track procurement KPIs and support decision-making.
