Technogym is seeking an experienced lawyer to draft, review, and negotiate cross-border contracts while advising on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters. You will support strategic initiatives and governance across a regulated industry, collaborating with an international team.

The role requires a Law degree (PhD preferred) and membership in a European Bar, with 8–10 years in corporate and contract law.

Competenze

• Law degree with excellent marks; PhD in Law preferable.
• Member in good standing of a European Bar.
• 8-10 years' experience in corporate and contract law.
• Strong experience in corporate and commercial matters.
• Experience managing external legal counsels.
• Excellent written and oral communication in Italian and English.
• Pragmatic problem-solving approach and ability to work under pressure.
• Proven track record in unstructured, remote-from-support environments.

Mansioni

• Draft, review, and negotiate contractual documents across geographies in Italian and English.
• Advise on general business law issues spanning contracts, corporate, operations, digital, sales & marketing, procurement, safety, security, litigation, and sustainability.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and project teams in meetings.
• Fulfill corporate obligations with notaries and authorities and obtain certificates.
• Draft letters related to contractual obligations, pre-litigation, and claims.
• Manage external lawyers and ensure they have necessary information for accurate advice.
• Develop group-wide procedures, matrices, and policies.
• Create templates and standards aligned with Group policies.
• Support business teams on issues such as IP, competition, and IT laws.
• Provide high-quality legal advice across practice areas and act as a trusted business partner.
• Drive continuous improvement and proactive risk management.
• Anticipate and manage legal risks connected to business strategy and operations.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations and deliver high-quality work under deadlines.
