Jobgether on behalf of a partner company seeks a (Senior) FP&A Manager based in Italy to act as a strategic finance partner and drive performance across an international organization. You will lead budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning while transforming complex data into actionable insights.

You will collaborate with senior leadership, commercial, operational and finance teams to influence decisions, strengthen financial reporting and align local with group objectives in a fast-paced,

Formación

• Approximately 7 years of progressive FP&A/controlling experience in international or matrixed organizations.
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, management reporting and variance analysis.
• Understanding of balance sheet, P&L and cash flow relationships.
• Advanced Excel and experience with ERP/BI tools such as Oracle NetSuite, Oracle Fusion, Power BI, Tableau, Anaplan, Hyperion, OneStream.

Responsabilidades

• Lead annual budgeting, monthly/quarterly forecasting, and long-range financial planning.
• Translate performance into insights through variance analysis and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Partner with commercial, operational, and group finance teams to support strategic initiatives.
• Develop robust financial models, dashboards, KPIs and reporting packs for decision-making.
