Job summary
Chep, part of Brambles, is seeking a Finance Business Partnering Manager to help shape financial strategy across markets. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term planning, building models and business cases for strategic bets.

Qualifications
- Experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, or Commercial Finance.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and support strategic decisions.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Expertise in financial planning, forecasting, analysis, and performance management.
- Experience collaborating with Operations, Sales and Supply Chain.
Responsibilities
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning aligned with strategy.
- Develop advanced financial models, scenarios, and business cases.
- Drive profitability analysis and cost optimization across functions.
- Guide strategic projects such as investments, pricing, and market entry.
- Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable sustainable growth.
