Stella McCartney is seeking a RTW Fabric Sampling & Purchasing Specialist based in Novara. You will coordinate fabric sampling, purchasing, and materials for the development process, working with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate data in systems.

The role requires 3+ years in fabric sourcing or related field, strong Excel skills, and experience with PLM/Kubix is a plus. Salary range is €35,000–€40,000 gross annually. Fluent English preferred.

Competenze

At least 3 years in fabric sampling, purchasing or textile sourcing within fashion/luxury.
Experience with supplier management, order follow-up, price negotiation and material tracking.
Strong organizational skills, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.

Mansioni

Act as main contact for fabric sampling and purchasing with RTW team and suppliers.
Coordinate fabric information entries, coding and order tracking in internal systems.
Maintain seasonal fabric archive and up-to-date catalogues.
Monitor seasonal sampling budget and related costs against targets.
Ensure materials availability for prototype development with Product Development and Warehouse teams.
Collaborate with RTW team and London office on fabric research and development.
