Ariston Group is seeking a Cyber Defence Lead in Italy to define and execute the ICT security strategy, lead a security team, and oversee incident response and vulnerability management across Fabriano/Milan. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on security operations, ensuring alignment with business priorities and regulatory requirements.

Competenze

• 8+ years in cybersecurity with cyber defence and vulnerability management.
• Experience leading cybersecurity teams and managed security service providers.
• Strong knowledge of security operations, threat detection and architectures.
• Hands-on familiarity with SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR and cloud security.
• Familiarity with NIST and ISO/IEC 27001; relevant certifications welcome.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Mansioni

• Define and execute the Group ICT Cyber Defence strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance.
• Lead and develop the Cyber Defence function, setting priorities and operating models.
• Ensure the effectiveness and continuous improvement of preventive, detective and responsive security controls.
• Oversee cyber defence services, technologies and third-party providers, ensuring monitoring and incident response.
• Lead management of major cybersecurity incidents and drive incident response playbooks.
• Establish and govern vulnerability management and cyber threat intelligence processes.
• Define and monitor cybersecurity metrics and reporting to the Group CISO and stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with security vendors and service providers.
