Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong Business Control and Management Control skills, with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
• Proven expertise in Financial Controlling and Finance, including cost control, project profitability analysis, and reporting.
• Advanced analytical skills with ability to interpret data and translate findings into recommendations.
• Experience in industrial, engineering, or construction environments is beneficial.
• Proficiency with ERP systems, controlling tools, and spreadsheet software.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and team management experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, cross-functional work.
• Relevant university degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Familiarity with international accounting and reporting standards is an asset.
