You will support monthly closes, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting, collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve transparency, performance, and profitability. Strong Excel, SAP, and BI skills are essential, as is clear communication in English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance or related field.
• Experience in Controlling, Finance or similar roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with proactive attitude and attention to detail.
• Good knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cost analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office 365.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP; knowledge of Power BI is an advantage.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across functions.
• Good command of the English language.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Study financial and operational performance, identifying key trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Prepare and monitor KPIs, reports, budgeting, forecasting, and cost-controlling activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial transparency and business performance.
• Perform variance analyses and support the definition of corrective actions.
• Contribute to the evaluation of investments, business cases, and profitability analyses.
• Support the continuous improvement and digitalization of controlling processes, tools, and reporting systems.
