Job summary

Freudenberg Group seeks a Professional Controlling specialist to drive financial analysis and performance insights. You’ll partner with operations to support business improvements and ensure robust budgeting and reporting processes.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, cross-functional collaboration, and ongoing process optimization within a global technology environment. Hybrid work in Italy is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in Controlling, Finance or similar roles.
• Strong analytical mindset, proactive, detail-oriented, and continuous improvement mindset.
• Good knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cost analysis principles.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Office 365 suite.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP; knowledge of Power BI or other BI tools is an advantage.
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across different functions.
• Good command of the English language.
