In this role, you will be responsible for defining and refining HVAC strategy in collaboration with the leadership team, as well as leading business development projects and strategic planning.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement business (including sustainability) strategy, challenging the status quo and considering alternative scenarios.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research and analysis.
  • Support inorganic growth opportunities and manage the business portfolio, leading potential inorganic projects.
  • Develop partnerships and collaborations to strengthen HVAC technology market position.
  • Propose and lead strategic development projects for the Business Line and Division.
  • Ensure understanding of competitive and market landscapes among stakeholders.
  • Communicate the strategy effectively and oversee its execution.
  • Analyze financial data and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with business and corporate colleagues.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to maintain market leadership.

Who we are looking for:

  • Degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Experience in the HVAC industry.
  • Proven ability to advise and lead stakeholders across OEMs and End Users.
  • Experience in business management or consulting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with strategic insight.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for relationship building and negotiation.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams.
