PwC Italy's Advisory practice seeks a Manager specializing in Blockchain and Digital Assets to support the growth of our services. You will work with leading financial institutions, corporates and fintechs, helping them design and implement blockchain-based solutions and digital asset initiatives.

The ideal candidate combines strong consulting skills with a solid understanding of the ecosystem, bridging business and technology to deliver high-impact engagements and contribute to practice growth.

Competenze

• 5-8+ years of professional experience in the digital assets industry.
• Strong interest and understanding of the blockchain and digital assets ecosystem.
• Ability to bridge business and technology perspectives, translating blockchain concepts into practical business applications.
• Proven experience in project management and client engagement in consulting or advisory environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and structuring capabilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.

Mansioni

• Support clients across the end-to-end lifecycle of blockchain initiatives, from strategy definition and use case design to the implementation of blockchain-based services and digital asset solutions, working closely with technology providers and internal stakeholders.
• Translate complex technological concepts into clear business implications for executive stakeholders.
• Lead project teams and coordinate project activities to ensure high-quality and timely delivery.
• Monitor industry trends and technological developments within the blockchain and digital assets ecosystem.
• Contribute to business development initiatives, including proposal preparation, thought leadership and client presentations.
• Support the growth of the Blockchain & Digital Assets practice.
