Vhernier is a Milanese Company founded in 1984, is a leading Italian designer, manufacturer and distributor of high-end jewellery. It has been part of the Swiss Global Luxury Group Richemont since May 2024.

For our HQ in the city center of Milan, we are looking for a Strategic&Digital Marketing Trainee that will join the Buccellati Strategic&Digital Marketing Division.

The candidate will support the Marketing Team in all the activities.

In particular, the intern will provide daily support to the Team, in the following activities:

· CRM

o As a key user, collaborate on the launch project of the new CRM tool through activities such as: verifying data accuracy, testing correct customer migration, defining correct flows for customer merge and deduplication, and so on.

o Provide support in the implementation of all CRM Richemont Best Practices in all DOS, creating training materials and guidelines.

o Conduct CRM reporting analysis

  • Product Catalogue and Showroom presentation
    • Assist in Product Marketing related activities (i.e., product launch support, competitive analysis, trend analysis, benchmarking analysis, etc.)
    • Provide support during the monthly Product Development Committee (involving Creative Department, Production, Commercial, etc.), in order to support the definition of the new products to be presented every season to DOS and third parties Wholesalers.
    • Provide support for all activities related to the launch of the new Digital Catalogue, including database building and application testing.
    • Provide assistance in defining and constructing product lists (with all relevant information) for sales purposes.

· Reporting

o Provide support for all preparation activities for the quarterly business review of product performance (by collection, category, client nationality, etc.), as well as the monthly analysis of stock levels worldwide, using Power BI and PowerPoint.

Educational background and Skills:

  • BA/MA Degree in Business&Economics/Marketing management;
  • Previous experience, even if short, gained as marketing specialist would be appreciated;
  • Fluency in English;
  • Office Suite (Excel/PowerPoint/PowerBI);
  • CRM tool knowledge would be a plus
