Job Description:

Vhernier is a Milanese Company founded in 1984, a leading Italian designer, manufacturer, and distributor of high-end jewellery. It has been part of the Swiss Global Luxury Group Richemont since May 2024.

For our HQ in the city center of Milan, we are looking for a Strategic & Digital Marketing Trainee to join the Vhernier Strategic & Digital Marketing Division.

The candidate will support the Marketing Team in various activities, including:

  • CRM activities such as verifying data accuracy, testing customer migration, and defining flows for customer merge and deduplication.
  • Supporting the implementation of CRM best practices across all DOS, creating training materials and guidelines.
  • Conducting CRM reporting analysis.
  • Product Catalogue and Showroom presentation support.
  • Assisting in product marketing activities like product launch support, competitive analysis, trend analysis, and benchmarking.
  • Supporting the monthly Product Development Committee to define new products for presentation to DOS and third-party wholesalers.
  • Supporting the launch of the new Digital Catalogue, including database building and testing.
  • Assisting in creating product lists for sales purposes.
  • Preparing reports for quarterly product performance reviews and monthly stock level analyses using Power BI and PowerPoint.
Educational Background and Skills
  • BA/MA Degree in Business & Economics or Marketing Management.
  • Previous experience in marketing is appreciated.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Proficiency in Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI).
  • Knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
