A leading company is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to expand market presence and ensure client satisfaction in Italy. The role involves driving new business, building strategic relationships, managing sales initiatives, and executing comprehensive account plans. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of relevant experience in sales or account management within the inspection field.

Competenze

We are seeking a Strategic Account Manager to join our team in Italy and play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and ensuring client satisfaction.

How will you make a difference

  • Drive New Business - Identify and secure new opportunities within existing and targeted strategic accounts.
  • Build Strong Relationships - Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders in client accounts to enhance collaboration and trust.
  • Lead Sales Initiatives - Take charge of strategic sales efforts, ensuring effective implementation to maximize revenue and growth.
  • Innovate with New Offerings - Introduce and promote new products and services from our expanding LRQA portfolio to meet client needs.
  • Contribute to Bids - Play an integral role in strategic bids, contributing expertise and insights to the bidding process.
  • Local Leadership - Serve as a local lead for strategic accounts, partnering with Global Account Managers (GAMs) to drive sales and maximize pipeline opportunities.
  • Achieve Performance Goals - Focus on retention, revenue growth, and new client acquisition as key performance indicators for your success.
  • Develop Strategic Plans - Create and execute comprehensive account plans that align with our group growth objectives, optimizing revenue opportunities.
  • Manage Pipelines - Ensure a strong and growing pipeline by collaborating with regional / global teams.

What will you bring

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Strategic Account Management or sales role in the inspection field,
  • Familiarity with industrial inspection processes such as ASTM, ASME, PED.
  • Demonstrable experience of achieving annual sales targets, selling products and services in a comparable role in a B2B environment.
  • Proven experience of working with large strategic organisations to develop sales solutions.
  • Demonstrable experience of developing contract values with large accounts through year-on-year double digit growth.
  • Experience in preparing and delivering proposal presentations to senior level audiences.
  • Experience in managing quotations, bids, and proposals, including knowledge of pricing strategies to achieve required margins.
  • Knowledge of the business assurance sector is highly advantageous but not essential.
