How will you make a difference

  • Drive New Business - Identify and secure new opportunities within existing and targeted strategic accounts.
  • Build Strong Relationships - Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders in client accounts to enhance collaboration and trust.
  • Lead Sales Initiatives - Take charge of strategic sales efforts, ensuring effective implementation to maximize revenue and growth.
  • Innovate with New Offerings - Introduce and promote new products and services from our expanding LRQA portfolio to meet client needs.
  • Contribute to Bids - Play an integral role in strategic bids, contributing expertise and insights to the bidding process.
  • Local Leadership - Serve as a local lead for strategic accounts, partnering with Global Account Managers (GAMs) to drive sales and maximize pipeline opportunities.
  • Achieve Performance Goals - Focus on retention, revenue growth, and new client acquisition as key performance indicators for your success.
  • Develop Strategic Plans - Create and execute comprehensive account plans that align with our group growth objectives, optimizing revenue opportunities.
  • Manage Pipelines - Ensure a strong and growing pipeline by collaborating with regional / global teams.

What will you bring

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Strategic Account Management or sales role in the inspection field,
  • Familiarity with industrial inspection processes such as ASTM, ASME, PED.
  • Proven experience of achieving annual sales targets, selling products and services in a comparable role in a B2B environment.
  • Experience working with large strategic organizations to develop sales solutions.
  • Proven track record of developing contract values with large accounts through consistent double-digit growth.
  • Experience in preparing and delivering proposals to senior audiences.
  • Knowledge of quotations, bids, proposals, and pricing strategies to achieve desired margins.
  • Knowledge of the business assurance sector is advantageous but not essential.
