Role Overview
She / he will be responsible for providing the main storytelling of brand and product campaigns, supervising storytelling across all channels (Digital, CRM, PR, Retail) in accordance with the Golden Goose tone of voice to effectively convey the brand’s values.
Key Accountabilities
- Collaborate closely with the Creative team on various Brand and Product projects, supporting the creation of related textual assets, including in-store activations, packaging, leaflets, and editorial campaigns.
- Guide and support the team in maintaining consistent brand tone and messaging across all touchpoints—retail, wholesale, e-commerce, CRM, social media, and PR.
- Write and manage engaging brand and product texts, adhering to Golden Goose’s tone of voice and guidelines.
- Supervise talents and projects under their responsibility.
Job Requirements
- 6-7 years of experience as a Storyteller, Copywriter, Content Strategist, Linguist, or similar role within a globally distributed organization.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Writing, Linguistics, Journalism, Communications, Media, Scriptwriting, or related fields (preferred).
- Knowledge or experience in the fashion, luxury, or apparel industry (preferred).
- Strong passion for details, quality, copywriting, language, and user experience.
- Ability to adapt storytelling to different channels and text types while maintaining Golden Goose’s unique tone of voice.
- Excellent organizational and managerial skills.
- Highly proficient in writing with accuracy, adaptability, and impeccable spelling and grammar.
- Team player capable of working independently when needed.
- Experience in team management is a plus.
- Enthusiastic with a sense of urgency and adaptability to changing needs.
- Passionate about compelling writing, especially in the luxury sector.
- Ability to foster positive relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners.
- Organized, flexible, collaborative, adaptable, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
