Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking a Store Supervisor to oversee daily operations during assigned shifts, open and close the store as key holder, and lead a team to meet standards. You will ensure policy compliance and provide strong donor and customer service.

You will train and coach team members for growth, coordinate with management on safety and reporting, and maintain store records while adapting to changing needs of the agency.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2-3 years of retail experience required.
• Forklift certification required.
• Excellent written and spoken English; bilingual a plus.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Mansioni

• Supervise store personnel during assigned shift.
• Open/close the store as key holder on duty.
• Train and coach team members for growth.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and safety policies.
• Provide customer/donor service and resolve issues.
