Goodwill of South Central Wisconsin is seeking a Production Associate to help maximize store profitability by efficiently processing donations, sorting, and pricing to keep the store fresh and full. You will contribute to community impact by turning donations into value for shoppers and families.

Competenze

• Ability to learn safe operation of power equipment (must be 18 years old or over).
• Good interpersonal and customer service skills.

Mansioni

• Sort donations into outbound containers for e-commerce, salvage, or trash.
• Determine if item is unit priced or tagged with good/better/best price.
• Identify brands and high-interest items to maximize value in store or online.
• Meet 1 touch production goals: HL Donations from door to floor in 15 minutes or 1 SL rack per hour.
• Greet customers on the sales floor and donors in the donation center.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following established 5S and safety guidelines.
• Work the process providing back-up to take in donations or put out product, as assigned.
• Interact with coworkers, shoppers, and donors in a professional and pleasant manner.
• Uphold Core Values in daily duties.
