Skechers USA Italia S.r.l. cerca un supervisore di negozio per guidare lo staff, garantire un’esperienza cliente eccezionale e contribuire alla crescita delle vendite.

As a supervisor of the store, you'll be responsible for keeping our customers happy, our sales booming, and our team motivated to crush their goals. You'll be responsible for contributing to exceptional customer experience throughout the store, you will support with daily operations, and help motivate the team to achieve their goals. In qualità di Supervisor del negozio, lavorerai a stretto contatto con Store manager e Assistant manager al fine di garantire la soddisfazione dei nostri clienti, occupandoti di incrementare le vendite, raggiungere e superare gli obiettivi del negozio, ispirando ed incoraggiando il Team in qualità di Team leader. Sarai responsabile di garantire un'eccellente esperienza ai clienti nel negozio, supporterai nell’esecuzione delle operazioni quotidiane e aiuterai a motivare il team al fine di raggiungere i propri obiettivi. Cosa offriamo:

• Contratto a 38 ore
• Inquadramento al IV livello del CCNL Commercio. RAL pari a Euro 24.972 negoziabile e da riproporzionare in base alle ore contrattuali previste per la posizione, oltre a una componente variabile aggiuntiva.
