Skechers Italia cerca un Supervisor per guidare il negozio e assicurare un'esperienza cliente di alto livello, collaborando con Store Manager e Assistant Manager per incrementare le vendite e raggiungere gli obiettivi. Si richiede esperienza nella supervisione e nella motivazione del team in un contesto retail dinamico.

Offriamo contratto a 38 ore, inquadramento al IV livello CCNL Commercio con RAL 24.972 euro, possibilità di crescita professionale, ticket restaurant e supporto all'integrazione.

As a supervisor of the store, you\'ll be responsible for keeping our customers happy, our sales booming, and our team motivated to crush their goals. You\'ll be responsible for contributing to exceptional customer experience throughout the store, you will support with daily operations, and help motivate the team to achieve their goals. Sarai responsabile di garantire un\'eccellente esperienza ai clienti nel negozio, supporterai nell’esecuzione delle operazioni quotidiane e aiuterai a motivare il team al fine di raggiungere i propri obiettivi.
