As a Zegna Store Manager, you will be the business local expert and Brand Ambassador, responsible for executing the business strategy, promoting our casual luxury brand, and achieving store objectives. You will act as an entrepreneur, building the business both inside and outside the store, cultivating a customer-centric culture, understanding clients deeply, and ensuring personalized service and lasting relationships. You will inspire and lead a motivated, accountable team.

Main Responsibilities
  • Business Development and Sales Management: Translate KPIs into actionable plans, set goals, and ensure team accountability. Develop and execute sales strategies, including client outreach and appointments. Use clienteling tools to increase sales and align staff schedules with sales plans. Analyze market activity to propose new business ideas and develop local partnerships.
  • Customer Understanding & Engagement: Build strong relationships with top clients, create a welcoming store environment, and develop storytelling capabilities within the team. Monitor CRM and marketing KPIs to enhance customer data collection and relationship building.
  • Team Development and Spirit: Communicate company priorities, foster a positive environment, attract talent, set clear objectives, recognize top performers, coach team members, and collaborate with HR on employee relations issues.
  • Brand Presentation: Collaborate with VM and merchandising teams to optimize product placement, provide feedback on collections, and ensure store experience aligns with brand standards.
  • Retail and Store Operations: Monitor and improve store standards, ensure adherence to policies, utilize digital services to boost sales, and oversee store maintenance and operations.
