STORE MANAGER - SAVIGNANO SUL RUBICONE (FC), Savignano sul Rubicone

Location: Savignano sul Rubicone, Italy

Adecco is seeking a Store Manager in the Savignano sul Rubicone (FC) area.

You will be responsible for the store of a well-known retail company and will handle:

1. Personnel management
2. Planning and supervising daily store operations, ensuring smooth functioning from cash registers to product display
3. Customer service: providing a positive shopping experience, resolving issues, and addressing customer needs
4. Monitoring sales performance and implementing strategies to improve results
5. Inventory control: managing stock levels and ensuring product availability and presentation

Plan and implement promotional activities to increase sales and attract new customers.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in the retail sector and store management roles
• Ability to manage and motivate staff
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented with problem-solving skills
• Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and holidays
• Proficiency with main IT tools and store management software
• Own transportation

Working hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, from Monday to Sunday during store hours.

Salary based on experience.
