As an Ambassador of the Maison, he / she efficiently develops and optimizes the boutique performance and profitability by managing the boutique team, ensuring excellence in boutique operations, and providing the highest level of customer service throughout the store in line with Christian Dior expectations.

Job Responsibilities

• Designs the optimal organization, recruits the right profiles, and ensures a proactive talent pipeline in his / her boutique.
• Drives performance and compensation management, ensures people development, motivates, and reinforces engagement.
• Ensures the day-to-day management, training, coaching, and motivation of the boutique team.
• Conducts and/or participates in regular store meetings.
• Facilitates proper communication between management and associates.
• Diagnoses issues and defines action plans to achieve Maison, boutique, and category sales targets.
• Leads the implementation and monitoring of the action plans.
• Optimizes boutique performance and profitability through monitoring KPIs.
• Implements and monitors CRM programs and actions.
• Acts as an Ambassador of the Maison to build direct contact with VIPs.
• Implements group, Maison, and boutique policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Is responsible for the back office and administration of the boutique.
