JOB DESCRIPTION

Isabel Marant is seeking a Store Manager to lead its team in Milan.

As a Store Manager, your main responsibilities include :

• Contributing to the development of our brand by providing a unique in-store experience and promoting the brand image.
• Organizing the store : current administration, planning, HR reporting, visual merchandising, stock management, and replenishment.
• Managing the team : training, motivating, providing feedback, and developing skills.
• Optimizing CRM and reporting to the retail management and headquarters, with a focus on increasing turnover, customer traffic, and loyalty.

PROFILE

You have at least 5 years of successful experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in a luxury brand. You possess an excellent fashion culture and understand the competitive landscape. Management abilities, organizational skills, and proficiency in KPI and CRM are key to your professional success.

You must be fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
