Zadig & Voltaire is a luxury brand founded in 1997 by Thierry Gillier, known for using luxurious materials such as cashmere, silk, and leather. The brand revisits casual and rock’n roll basics, embodying a new luxury that is chic and relaxed.

Purpose of the role: As a Store Manager for our Milan store, and part of the retail team, you will play a key role in driving the brand’s growth in the local market. This position, as a maternity leave substitute, offers the opportunity to fully manage your store and team while developing your skills in a dynamic environment with highly competent professionals.

Your Impact:

  1. Business & Client Development: Monitor store performance, stay informed about market trends, drive results, take ownership of the P&L, identify improvement opportunities, and collaborate with managers on action plans. Establish a client-centric approach to deliver an outstanding in-store experience and meet CRM objectives. Translate store goals into daily targets, motivate the team, and maintain a strong floor presence as a key link between Head Office and the store.
  2. Brand Ambassador: Embody the company's culture and values, ensuring every client has an exceptional experience. Handle delicate customer situations to maintain high service standards.
  3. Process Management: Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal processes. Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house operations, including stock management and store planning. Support digitalization initiatives.
  4. Team Leadership & Development: Evaluate team performance, foster a positive work environment, coach team members, and support their growth. Ensure the team is well-equipped to represent the brand effectively.

Profile:

  • Minimum of 5 years in a management role
