Zadig & Voltaire is a luxury brand founded in 1997 by Thierry Gillier, known for its luxurious materials such as cashmere, silk, and leather. The brand revisits casual and rock’n’roll basics, embodying a new luxury — chic and relaxed.

Purpose of the role :

As a Store Manager at our Milan store, you will be a key player in driving the brand’s growth in the local market. This maternity leave cover offers the opportunity to fully manage your store and team, developing your skills in a dynamic environment surrounded by highly competent professionals.

Your Impact :

Business & Client Development :

Monitor store performance and market trends to drive results. Take ownership of the P&L, identify improvement opportunities, and collaborate on action plans to meet commercial goals. Focus on delivering an exceptional in-store experience and achieving CRM objectives. Translate store goals into daily targets, motivate your team, and maintain a strong floor presence to support them and liaise with Head Office.

Brand Ambassador :

Represent the company's culture and values, ensuring every client has an outstanding experience and managing delicate customer situations when necessary.

Process Management :

Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and internal processes. Oversee store operations, stock management, and digitalization initiatives.

Team Leadership & Development :

Evaluate team performance, foster a positive work environment, and support team members’ growth through coaching. Recruit new talent as needed and serve as a brand ambassador.

Profile :

Minimum of 5 years in a management role

Proven success in selling Ready-to-Wear and Leather Goods in Fashion or Luxury Retail

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
