Senior Store Manager empathetic* and flexible, with 3/4 years of experience in the role and a strong focus on business and Customer Satisfaction. You lead and develop a team through listening and positive relationships, enabling you to resolve even the most challenging situations. You anticipate, plan, and follow through on an action plan. Mission

As a leader of Sephora Italy, the most loved Beauty Community in the world, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the store's economic performance (achieving budget and targets)
  • Coordinating commercial and organizational activities in your store (animations, events, new launches, CRM campaigns)
  • Managing the store's income statement (inventory differences, management costs, personnel costs) and proposing new strategies to optimize costs
  • Analyzing and animating KPIs related to customer behavior (entries, average receipt, items per receipt)
  • Managing inventory levels in accordance with product reordering cycles and merchandising strategies
  • Applying company procedures (regulations, safety procedures) and commercial policies (pricing, promotions, communication) established by central services
  • You will be the store's leader, managing Sephora Specialists (Department Managers), specialized managers in customer reception and floor animation.
  • Collaborating with your Area Manager and HR department to design tailored internal growth paths.

Background

  • At least 3/4 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in dynamic multinational retail contexts.
  • Knowledge of main commercial KPIs, confidence in budget management, analysis, and daily reports.
  • Agility, dynamism, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong results orientation.
  • High predisposition to managing a complex and large team, guiding it towards objectives and creating a virtuous team spirit.
