KIKO MILANO is seeking a dynamic Store Manager for our Rome, Italy location. You will lead the store team, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer experiences in line with the brand standards. The role requires a proven retail background, strong leadership, and the ability to translate KPIs into action plans.

Responsibilities include staff recruitment and training, performance monitoring, and ensuring compliance with all brand procedures. A passion for cosmetics and fashion is preferred.

Competenze

• Previous experience in a similar Retail/Make-up/Fashion role.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency with store KPIs and achieving sales targets.
