Headquartered in Turin, Italy, the company operates through a global network of licensees who produce and distribute its products, offering services such as research, development, global marketing, and information technology.

K-Way, founded in Paris in 1965, is renowned for adventure and outdoor gear, revolutionizing rainwear with the world's first lightweight, waterproof jacket that folds into a small pouch.

For the upcoming opening of our new K-Way store in Catania, we're seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team, ensure excellent customer experience, embody the brand's vision, and meet sales targets.

  • Promote and deliver excellent in-store customer experiences;
  • Ensure the team understands and caters to customer needs, providing high-quality service;
  • Be active and present on the shop floor, engaging with customers and team members;
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, budgets, and forecasts to optimize performance;
  • Set clear daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for the team and individual members, with regular follow-up;
  • Provide regular insights to management regarding store performance;

Store Management:

  • Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management and cash handling, in line with company policies;
  • Communicate effectively within the company about store needs and opportunities for growth;
  • Lead, motivate, and support the store team, fostering high energy, motivation, and teamwork;
  • Encourage a culture of constructive feedback;
  • Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience as a Store Manager in a premium or luxury retail environment;
  • Experience in all aspects of store management and delivering outstanding customer service; experience in opening new stores is a plus;
  • Strong communication skills, effective in interacting with team, colleagues, and senior management;
  • Fluent in Italian and English.
