Diesel has long been a leading pioneer in denim and casual fashion, known for moving outside and ahead of trends in its industry. While retaining always its DNA, in recent years Diesel has evolved into the world of premium casual wear, becoming a true alternative to the established luxury market. Diesel is a truly worldwide organization. It is present in more than 80 countries with 5,000 points of sale, including more than 400 company owned stores.

For our Diesel Store in Forte dei Marmi, open all year round, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager.

The candidate we are looking for will be responsible for the achievement of commercial targets of the Store, by maximizing the business potential of the store in line with the Company strategy.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Establish and implement action plans to drive the Store strategy to achieve the best sales performance and create a hand-crafted 360° experience for the client;
  2. Achieve financial objectives proposing action plans and adapt quickly and efficiently to any situation;
  3. Provide excellent and specialized customer service to develop meaningful and loyal client relationships through CRM initiatives;
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with both local and international clients, leveraging networking opportunities to expand the Store’s client base;
  5. Role model best in class sales and self-leadership by playing an active role within your team, and take action to solve problems with positive outcomes;
  6. Engage in the wider community and seek inspiration from other sectors to form a cohesive team focused on creating an energetic, exciting, innovative and approachable environment;
  7. Empower and support your colleagues to accomplish tasks effectively and generate enthusiasm and energy to create positive team spirit;
  8. Instill a sense of belonging and a positive, forward-thinking mindset.
Requirements

  1. Previous Store Management experience in a modern Luxury retail environment;
  2. Strong leadership skills to inspire, motivate and build respectful working relationships;
  3. Solid experience in working to and driving KPIs and sales targets managing complex store operations;
  4. Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity;
  5. Strong communication skills and commercial mindset;
  6. Digitally aware and open to new ways of working;
  7. Ability to interact effectively with foreign clients;
  8. Passion for Diesel Brand, product and heritage;
  9. Self-motivated, able to work autonomously and results driven;
  10. Excellent communication, interpersonal, coaching and feedback skills.

Language proficiency: Italian and English are mandatory. Any additional language will be considered a strong plus.
