Role Overview

The Store Manager plays a key role in leading the store.

• Ensures the achievement of commercial objectives and continuous KPI growth;
• Manages costs and optimizes store profitability through the execution of sales strategies.

Personnel Management

• Ensures optimal organization of staff within the store;
• Participates in recruiting staff in collaboration with the People department;
• Develops and motivates staff, promoting career progression within the group;
• Ensures quality customer service in accordance with procedures;
• Handles complaints effectively and professionally;
• Maintains the overall presentation of the store in collaboration with the merchandising team to improve profitability;
• Communicates product launch guidelines to staff and ensures proper implementation.

Logistics & Loss Prevention

• Manages incoming and outgoing merchandise;
• Participates actively in loss prevention and control in collaboration with the profit protection manager;
• Handles daily cash operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience managing structured stores, preferably in dynamic and multinational environments;
• Good knowledge of English;
• Leadership and strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• Proficiency in Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel);
• Career progression;
