Store Manager - Conegliano C.C. "Cone' ", Conegliano

Location: Conegliano, Italy

JD Sports Fashion, founded in 1981 with a single store in northwest England, is now one of the leading Multi-Channel retailers of sports and outdoor fashion in the UK and Europe. The group operates over 2,400 stores, serving various retail segments, and prides itself on offering customers the latest products from top brands.

The Store Manager plays a key role in leading the store.

1. Ensures achievement of commercial objectives and continuous KPI growth;
2. Manages costs and optimizes store profitability through the execution of sales strategies.

Staff Management:

• Ensures optimal organization of staff within the store;
• Participates in recruiting staff in collaboration with the People department;
• Develops and motivates staff, promoting career progression within the group;
• Maintains high-quality customer service in accordance with procedures;
• Handles complaints effectively and professionally;
• Ensures the store's overall presentation in collaboration with the merchandising team to improve profitability;
• Communicates product launch guidelines to staff and ensures proper execution.

Logistics / Loss Prevention:

• Manages incoming and outgoing merchandise;
• Participates actively in loss prevention and control in collaboration with the profit protection manager;
• Ensures daily cash operations are handled properly.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience managing structured retail stores, preferably in dynamic and multinational environments;
• Good knowledge of English;
• Leadership and strong relational and communication skills;
• Proficiency in Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel);
• Career progression demonstrated;
• Experience in a young, dynamic, and expanding international context.
